3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for Fish Store

Any product may be returned within 15 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call 07933 198382 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from below options for returning your product/s.

Option 1

You can directly return your product/s directly to Fish Store, once we receive your products at Fish Storewill return your amount to your Bank Account / PayPal Stripe

Option 2

Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Fish Store , We will deduct £150 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / PayPal Stripe. If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
