3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for info@Savera Enterprises.com?

Any product may be returned within 15 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call 123456780 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from below options for returning your product/s.

Option 1

You can directly return your product/s directly to Savera Enterprises, once we receive your products at Savera Enterprises Shop we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash

Option 2

Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Savera Enterprises, We will deduct AED 150 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.

If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.

4. How do I return Savera Enterprises products if purchased from a different store?

If you purchased Savera Enterprises Shop products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refunds.
