How We Started

Our History

The Journey of Dr Manoj Educational Complex started with the name of Doctors Academy started back in 2002 . Dr Manoj had never thought to join teaching as a profession but it all happened due to financial compulsion .But I must say it was most fortunate accident ever both for Dr Manoj and also for students. Dr Manoj has a habit of doing things in perfection , once he steps in a project tries to take it to peak. Spending days and nights in making notes for his students ,attending his own MBBS classes in Bolan Medical College , then taking classes of MDCAT students was a tough job but Dr Manoj Did it fabulously .

It is said Fortune favors the Brave. The Academy which started with 4 students in a single room without chairs ,teaching 1st batch students on floor as had no money to buy chairs has grown up to 4000 students with three Different Campuses.

The study pattern was on white board till 2006. In 2007 for the 1st time in the history of Education of Quetta Multimedia Projectors were used. We become the pioneers to use multimedia projectors. The trend spread and others copied it. But Pioneers are pioneers ,Dr Manoj keeps his eye on latest technology and style used in the world of education and implement it in his academy for the betterment of students.
In Dec 2014 Dr Manoj had to a worse incident and he decided to leave his Quetta City and started Lectures through digital video link technology, once again becoming pioneers of launching this new method of education in Balochistan.No one is able to copy this methodology until now and hopefully it will remain uncopied. This technology has boosted the level of education ,clearing concepts of students to its maximum level and most importantly Dr Manoj is able to deliver his lecture very accurately to 3000 students accommodated in 6 huge halls(3 male halls and 3 Female halls).This thing helps Dr Manoj to deliver his Quality lecture in most suitable manner.
Our future plans and projects are quite remarkable and will be revealed to students and the public by the time we launch them. Hope for the best.
